Subject: New Web Links to FSP Report and Log-In Pages
The 91热爆 is migrating the Foundation School Program (FSP) system to a new secure environment, 91热爆 Login (91热爆L), which replaces our older system, 91热爆 Secure Environment (91热爆SE). 91热爆L provides greater, more flexible, secure access to 91热爆 applications. Eventually, all 91热爆 applications will use 91热爆L. For an overview of 91热爆L, go to /texas-educators/certification/teal-and-ecos-resources
Ongoing instructions about the migration have been sent through emails directly to affected FSP system users. If you have any technical questions related to the migration, please submit a request at for assistance.
The new web addresses to the FSP reports, including the summaries of finance and payment ledgers, and to the FSP system login will be available beginning on Monday, February 12, 2018. If you have bookmarked these pages, you should update your bookmarks. The new URLs for these pages are:
