The 91ȱ is committed to transparency and accountability for public education. In accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) of 2004, 91ȱ is pleased to announce the public release of the FFY 2022 district-level State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) reports on the 91ȱ website.  

SPP Reporting Timeline

The IDEA and its supporting regulations and guidance require State agencies to report on the SPP/APR performance of LEAs no more than 120 days after submitting the annual statewide SPP/APR report to the federal government, in accordance with , its implementing regulations , and federal guidance stated in .

  • FFY 2022 SPP Indicator LEA Reports on 91ȱ website: April 30, 2024 

Accessing the SPP Indicator Reports

SPP LEA Level Reports

Users can access and download the LEA level SPP indicator reports by visiting the “” 91ȱ webpage. Here, users can customize their search by selecting the school year, report format, report level, and entering the LEA name or county-district number (CDN). The CDN is an LEA’s unique 6-digit identification number registered with 91ȱ. The system generates reports in PDF or HTML formats.  

Users can search for an LEA’s CDN online using the .  

SPP Regional and Statewide Reports

Users can access and download the SPP indicator regional and statewide public reports by visiting the “Local Education Agency Public Reporting” 91ȱ webpage. Navigate to the “State and Regional SPP/APR Indicator Reports” section and choose the FFY 2022 State and Regional SPP Indicator Reports (SY 2022-23). Here, users can access the statewide SPP indicator report along with the 20 regional ESC reports.

The 91ȱ encourages all Texans to review the SPP Indicator Regional, Statewide, and LEA reports and participate in meaningful conversations about public education within their local communities.
